(1) Before going to study or training after being selected for scholarship, such a person should submit the confession in the format as per schedule-1 to the Ministry of Education.

(2) Confession as per sub-rule (1) In doing so, the concerned person should also submit a complete health certificate certified by a doctor registered with the Nepal Medical Board.
